• To report an error, name the page and say what is off. Nothing gets our attention quicker.
• To suggest a product, tell us which and why it belongs.
• For anything commercial — rights, reuse, press — the same address works.

You will hear back about a correction. For other mail we do our best and make no promises.

Things to take elsewhere

We do not sell anything, so we have no part in your order. For a delivery, a refund or a return, that is Amazon. For a fault, a warranty claim or a manual, that is the manufacturer. We have no access to either and no way to look up an order.
