C-Wire Requirement: Power Extender Kit included
Many older HVAC systems lack a common wire for continuous power. This thermostat includes a Power Extender Kit to solve that problem. You can install it without hiring an electrician or running new cables. This makes the upgrade easier for homes built decades ago. Check your current wiring before starting to ensure compatibility with the included kit.

This feature enhances comfort beyond what a single wall unit can provide.
